how many feet of vinyl flooring do I need for a 12x10 room?

Vis google search area calculator (choosing floor, wall, percentage of waste, etc.,) & double check for ft vs yards. OR multiply “12x10”=120ft. I figure 15% waste, 120x.15=18ft, add 120+18=138ft. If buying by yards divide 138/3=46 yards.
