Thank you for your question- This product should only be installed where it will be kept climate controlled year around between 65-85 degrees. It the planks have separated and there are only small gaps, you can use Min Wax to fill it in. If it is just lifting, we can send you you repair adhesive.
Thanks for your question. If the elements are electric or hydro, buried 1/2" below the surface of the concrete, and won't go over 85°F it's fine to install the planks on top.
There are 16 planks of flooring with grip strip attached in a case. They are 6" x 36" and cover an area of 24 square feet.
