AnswersI would think so, since it can handle water, but it's such a cleanable surface that a steam cleaner seems unnecessary. A damp mop and floor cleaning solution should be all you'd need.

Easy to install and durable

I installed this flooring back in 2012 (now 2020) and it was very easy to install, and has held up remarkably well in the 8 years since it was installed.
This is installed in a large out-building that my wife uses as a photo studio and home gym, so it is only heated/cooled part time, and even with extreme temperature swings from well below 0F in the winters and up to the high 90's in the summer, it has held up perfectly without any expansions or contraction of any of the joints, and the finish has proven durable as well, no major scuffs or scratches that have marred the finish.
Looks good but that’s it.

I bought and installed the product in my studio/office.
Getting the hang of installation is quick; cutting and trimming, too. Had it done in a day and looked great.
BUT—less than 4 months in a low traffic area, the laminate has chipped off the plank.
Crazy! I’m retuning it! Do not purchase.
I thought it would be fine since I needed a thin product to fit under a door, but this is an inferior product.
Misrepresented color!

I bought this flooring for a studio that we are finishing with light and warm colors. I loved the Khaki Oak color on the Website and on the outside of the box. I opened it and the first plank looked quite dark. I figure it was just a variance and the lighter pieces would be coming next. I went ahead and cut the first plank and began my installation. There are VERY few light pieces and I am SO sad about how VERY dark this flooring actually is. I even triple checked the box to make sure I actually bought what I thought. Unfortunately, I was already committed since I had already cut planks and wouldn’t be able to return. I wanted warm, light. This is DARK and a bit in the cooler side. BEWARE! I would recommend opening your box and inspecting the planks before you go through all of the trouble of hauling all of these heavy boxes home, only to be disappointed. I’ll enclose a photo so you can see what an EXTREME misrepresentation of color this flooring is. The plus: installation was super easy and a 12x10 area took just a couple hours to complete. If you’re ok with it really dark colored woods, than this was a good floor for the price.

Do yourself a favor, and BUY THIS FLOORING RIGHT NOW! I bought it to replace my outdated living room and kitchen flooring, and it far exceeded my expectations. I purchased this on a pretty tight budget (like many of you, I assume), and given the price, I assumed it might look cheap or fake, but I figured for the next couple years, it would at least be better than the ugly carpet and tile I had at the time. In the end, I was blown away by the finished product! These floors are absolutely gorgeous, and they have a real wood grain look and texture to them. Are they going to fool anybody? Probably not, but they are so beautiful, who cares?! Not to mention, they are much lower maintenance and longer lasting than real wood (why does anybody even pay for hardwood floors anymore?). I had these professionally installed as part of a larger remodel project, so I can't speak to the difficulty of installation, but my contractor finished about 500 square feet, by himself, in 2 days.

Had this in the kitchen for a few years and liked it well enough to put it in the living room and hall as well. We find these perfect for the DIYer because you can easily cut, fit and adjust one 3 foot strip at a time making it much easier to fit around things.

These vinyl planks were even easier to install than I expected. It did take me a little practice to get the hang of snipping them for placement in odd-shaped spots like around closet doors, so I would recommend taking your time with that sort of thing, but otherwise it really could not have gone more smoothly. I put them in my children's bedrooms and it’s only been a couple of weeks, but they are rough on everything, dragging toys around, and so far so good - I haven’t noticed any scratches.
