Landed my Airstream w/ ease.
This bad boy was ready to go right out of the box. It moved my 2021 28FT Airstream Globetrotter w/ ease. Made for getting into that perfect spot a breeze. Hooked up my cordless drill and steered it right home.

XL performed better than expcted
I was skeptical - given that I have a dual axle 7000# car trailer, about 800# tongue weight and a smooth concrete floor. But the XP performed very well. Straight movements were easy; turning the XL about 45 degrees offered more resistance, but still moved smoothly. 90-degree turns were challenging - but still possible if I lifted up on the handle or added approx. one Wife of tongue weight, The tires slipped a few times, but I was still able to put the trailer exactly where I wanted it.

Drove me crazy.
Nothing that I did, including buying the coupling plate, provided a stable connection to my trailer which is a quality aluminum boat trailer with rollers. It simply "walked" out from under the hitch every time. I ended up giving it away since I would have felt guilty selling it to anyone.

We have a 5-degree driveway.
We have a 5-degree driveway. We have a 7,000 lb. trailer. The valet worked well on low gear. It wouldn't budge on high gear. Once the wheels of the trailer hit level ground, it maneuvered like a dream.

Great product
Sturdy, the handle works well. My crappy drill (not what they recommended) didn’t work so I tried the handle and this moved so nicely manually that I didn’t care to buy a drill for this. Highly recommended. I went with the xl for my small camper and it moves it effortlessly
