Yes Aqua Armor willl work on elastic cotton used on face masks. Best to apply while the cotton is streached.

Can this spray be sprayed over a Ink Jet printed cloth label to preserve the ink from fading from the item when washed?

I make quilts and I would like to make a label that would not fade after several machine washings.

We do not recomend Ray Bloc be used on Ink Jet printing. The reason is Ray Bloc is a water based product and Ink jet ink is water based. So when you spray Ray bloc on the In Ject printhing It may disolve the ink and it may run or sharp lines will blure. It will prevent it from fading.

4-3 washes depending how well it was heat activated. Heat activation binds the aqua arome to the fabric.
