A: Hi Donna, if you are in need of a larger Rivage planter in a neutral color, a 12in size is also available. Happy Planting!
A: At it’s widest point the diameter is 10”. The opening at the top is 7 7/16 “ diameter.
A: Hi Rodney, Great question and thank you for checking in with us. The 10" is the widest part of the bowl. However we see an error in the dimensions noted in the Specifications section. This planter is not 12" in width. Thank you for letting us know so we can make the correction.
A: It does not. Just don’t over water
A: Hi Kyle, if the saucer is not collecting any water, the drainage hole could be clogged with excess clay or glaze. We recommend exchanging it at the store, or you can try the community answer to see if that works for you. The saucer should collect the water overflow, however if there is too much water, the saucer may not hold it all, so please watch for this so as to not damage furniture underneath. Good luck!
A: you can’t. It’s permanently attached and can’t be remove without breaking it
A: I TOOK A CONCRETE DRILL BIT AND DRILLED A FEW HOLES IN THE BOTTOM. USE CARE AND DO NOT FORCE WITH LOTS OF PRESSURE. I DRILLED 4 HOLES. DRAINS GREAT NOW.
A: The bottom saucer isn’t supposed to come off. If you get it off you have probably broke it.
A: Thank you for your question. We include the interior and exterior diameter and bottom dimension in what we call our “sizing tool image” that’s on each of our product pages. It’s an image you can click on to see the full dimensions. For the 12” Rivage, the inside diameter is 11”, the base is 10.5". All dimensions are approximate as each pot is manufactured by hand.
A: Yes I bought it last month
A: Unfortunately as you can see in the picture, the saucer is attached!
