Any cleaners recommended? Or something to make them look shiny? I choose a dark color and where I live in west texas, just look opaque after washing the floors with dawn soap and water

What r the grooves franchise is there trim

My deck is fading after 10 years. What do I do
There is nothing you can do, they don't guarantee color. I tried as mine faded to a dark maroon. I was going to sand it (rough it up) and use a deck paint/deck stain as it seemed like the protective membrane was gone but chose to replace it.

How hot does this flooring get in sunlight?
Hello Levi, thanks for reaching out! Like most outdoor surfaces, Trex decking can get warm in direct sunlight. On hotter days, we suggest wearing shoes and adding shade where possible like an umbrella, pergola, or tall plants.
