In search of an outdoor place to entertain in the rainy Northwest. My husband and I were able to retrofit RainEscape under an existing deck (about 12x10) over a weekend to make the patio under it into a dry, usable space. It took some planning and thought - do watch a variety of installation videos that you can find online, and take some time to think about your plan. After research we opted to use the butyl tape rather than some cheaper options. This stuff is pricey but we have enjoyed sitting out and listening to the rain and even having some friends over for some outdoor gathering.
