This stool sucks. I haven't liked it since I got it. Assembly was a breeze but I never quite felt like it was put all the way together because the shaft would always shift around inside the base. Now, after 9 months of occasional use, the wheels have all backed out just enough to not notice until they wallered out the threads they're screwed into.

Got two of these stools for the workshop bench. Materials used are very good and the units are stable when used correctly. Height adjustable feature is nice, but it would be better if it could raise another inch or two. I knew it came w/o a backrest and for long 'stints' on projects it would be nice to have back support. It would have been nice to have another metal ring around the lower portion of the legs (for placing foot/feet when leaning forward into work). Stool was easy to assemble and the rolling casters work very well. Adjustable seat feature is more than nice ...its a must have feature for me.
