- Constructed of 16-Gauge heavy-duty hammertone gray epoxy coated steel to ensure long life
- Use the rail to hang Triton LocBin plastic hanging bins or any brand of plastic hanging bins
- Hooks will support up to 40 lbs. each
- Completely scalable for any application

Does the horizontal rail attach to the vertical tracks only at the ends?

AnswerShort answer is no. The horizontal track attaches only at 31 inches apart, which is the length of most of the other attachments (i.e. top wire shelf, peg board, shelf). Therefore, if you are using this system, by default you more than likely have to space the vertical rails at 31 inches to be of use. However, you can buy and install a individual vertical rail to fit the 31 inches spacing, if you spaced the first two vertical rails at 15 inch spacing (used for the small wire baskets, garment bags. ect.). Hope this helps.

Versatile and Easy to Install
I bought this item as an add on feature to the Triton storage unit. As advertised the railing fits into the slots of the hanging arms, then add the rail hooks. I like the option to move it easily without difficulty.
As with all Triton Storability product lines, the dull grey finish lacks visual appeal, but some after market painting could change that easily.
