Do you have to mix oil with the gas for this unit?

Asked by: Chuck
If it has a "Dip stick" to check the oil, it is a four stroke engine. No need to mix the gas and oil. No "Dip Stick" it is a two stroke (cycle) engine and you will need to mix the gas and oil.

what is the horsepower?

Asked by: joe
that lawsuit was wrong - the HP was rated at 3600 RPMS - but walk behind mowers run at 2000 RPMS so not at full power! there is many ways to test power and all of them are right! but the HP specs are with the rated HP of engine and all small engines are rated with the same specs. one more thing about this lawsuit, everyone the lawsuit people talked to all say the engines had enough power to do the job.

What kínd of gas I can use?

Asked by: JoseHilario
Hi JoseHilario. Thank you for your question. As previously stated, a 4-cycle gas will be your best choice. In my experience with the smaller high compression engines, the higher the octane, like the 89 or the 92-octane gas, the easier it is to start the engine. If you plan on keep the gas longer than 30 days, it is highly recommended that you use a fuel stabilizer at time of purchase to keep the gas fresh. Without a stabilizer, the gas can go flat in 30 days and make it difficult to start the small engine. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Rick_HD_OC
