I have had a lot of shovels in my life , but this one is perfect. The rigid shaft and handle , and the strong blade , make it perfect. Worth every penny.

Works Well
Got this for the back patio and a long path. It works suprisingly well. It is a lot stronger than it looks, loght and strong are good qualities especially when you are throwing hundreds of shovels of snow

Good, has a metal edge which I liked. A little flexible though, so it can’t chisel against icy snow, otherwise 5 stars for the price. The image is of the drive I cleared with this shovel.

the rivets as some have stated here are set too tight for the cheap plastic so the plastic cracks. I used this shovel twice for just a small 10 sq ft area and now its cracked. I just use this for areas that I cannot use my snow blower. so not much use. also I have shovels much older than this , I purchased this junk last fall 2015 ! there is NO warranty so be warned!

Pretty flimsy

While this thing is light and easy to handle, the blade is extremely flimsy. The handle is sturdy and reinforced, but the one I bought last year cracked horizontally right across the middle of the blade/scoop part. See photo - generally you're not supposed to see light through a shovel. The one this replaced (10-12 years old which had the front metal edge worn away over the years) had a great fiberglass/meshed material that lasted much longer than this one.
