Will the seal fail if water is coming up through the floor from underneath?
Unable to answer. This situation has never been tested.
If I install this, will it cause issues with where my door locks? It seems like if there was a slight lift, it would also lift the slide lock that half inch, which may cause it to be unable to lock in place.
The Tsunami Seal will not change the position of the garage door when it is closed. If you follow the installation instructions, it states "Once trimmed, close the garage door. From the inside of the garage, lay the seal on the floor with the ribbed area positioned toward the inside of the garage. Slide the seal under the garage door toward the street until you achieve a snug fit." The Tsunami Seal is slid into position with the garage door closed. Will this sufficiently adhere to a polyaspartic coated epoxy garage floor ?
You will need to contact the manufacturer of the polyaspartic coating and ask them if a Polyurethane Construction Adhesive will stick to their polyaspartic epoxy flooring.
