10x12 workshop with vaulted roof and all the bells and whistles
Price aside, I was very happy with this experience. I wish we could have gone bigger, but permits were required beyond 10x12. Ours will be a workshop, complete with taller ceiling, workbench, and all the windows we could fit. You can watch the whole project in my video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RK3B_Xds9I4

After a glowing review when the shed was first delivered and assembled, within 4 months I've now had two separate instances where shingles have lifted in the wind, on both sides of the roof. The second instance will require a re-roof before the rains come. Three attempts today to file a warranty claim (store,on-line, phone) have been time-consuming and anything but successful.

Nice shed...seems well built. I had to adjust the door latch after the builders left because the door was not latching unless I would slam it shut. Other than that it is a decent shed.

I completed a She Shed project using DIY tips from Home Depot. The project was amazing. For Flooring I used Trafficmaster peel and stick in Carrara and Gray Marble. I purchased the insullation batts drywall, drywall mud and paint from Home Depot as well and watched many tutorials provided by Home Depot. The paint I used Gliden Paint on color: Crystal Clear Eggshell White. Awesome She Shed tons of compliments and a possible new business for me, as many people are now asking me to assist them with their shed projects. The Shed was the 8x12 Premier Pro Studio from Tuff Shed. My Shed is also 100% SOLAR. I love it!

I got my new Tuffshed on 7/31/14. Overall, I was very pleased with the structure, and I immediately put it to good use. By spring of 2015, I noticed shingles slipping down on the south side of the shed. I pushed them back into position, but just a few days later, I had a patch of about five shingles lying on the ground. They had completely pulled off of the nails that were supposed to be holding them in place. I called the Tuffshed Warranty service, and after having them blow me off a couple times, they finally sent someone out to fix the shingles. The fix? Slide the damaged shingles back on to the roof and throw a couple more nails in them. The repairman they sent out told me that the installers had nailed straight through the shingles because they had their compressor set too high. Spring of 2016, more shingles were starting to slide down on the same side of my roof. Knowing what kind of service I was going to get from Tuffshed, I just pushed the shingles back into place and put some more nails in. By the next spring (2017), the entire side of the roof had shingles slipping out of place. I couldn’t move one shingle without another one sliding down. I used some construction adhesive to try to keep the worst ones in place. I had my insurance adjuster and roofer both take a look at the shed roof. They both said the workmanship was faulty. They blew nails straight through the shingles, and left a lot of nails exposed without caulking them. They both suggested I call the warranty service again, since I have a couple more years left on it. So I called again. They took my name and number and said someone would contact me. That was three weeks ago, and I’ve heard NOTHING. To add insult to injury, the recorded message you hear when you’re on hold with the warranty service talks about how much pride they take in their 5-year warranty and how much they value customers. It says they will repair or replace anything that is a result of faulty workmanship and blah blah blah… It’s pretty nauseating to listen to all of that from a company that is currently giving you the runaround.

Outstanding customer service and installation. Purchasing this shed through Home Depot on-line was a good call. The shed came with a number of upgrades which enhances the construction of the same. The selection of roofing tiles was fairly limited; however, I was able to purchase the type and color that I wanted by upgrading. The floor decking is very sturdy and supportive. I do wish Tuff Shed offered an upgrade for sealing and painting the decking though. I highly recommend this company's products, they aim to please!

I am waiting to get my shed finished, installed 2/3/21 it is now 5/6/21. I paid you in good faith and you said you would get to me in a timely manner, four months is timely?. I knew I should not have paid you until the job was final, never again. I have even have another retailer now trying to pull the same thing. I don't even want to get into the two cancellations and almost the third, no phone calls before arriving just showing up, hours late. You people hate it when we complain and just say it is just the customer is picky, no it is just someone has the guts to speak up and end this circus.
