After repeated rescheduling, the crew who showed up was great. One end wall did not match up well with side wall. The workers were able to modify it enough to ensure weather tight. I was ok with fix. The shed was so dirty was unable to have painted. Now after many many calls to Tuff shed I got nowhere. Usually i ended up talking to a machine with no return calls. When i did get thru to a person it was useless. The one I needed was out of office. Then on vacation (a lot). Then no longer works for us. Finally had enough and contacted Home Depot. First 2 days was called back 3 times. Within a week I had been refunded for the paint I purchased. Thank you Andria. After all that I am pleased with shed, again shout out to my install crew. Dan and Nic thanks for the hard work.

Do not buy this product unless you want to fix it they built the front panel at the shop wrong so when they came out to install it it didn't fit right the front left bows out about two inches looks horrible. The foundation is cement blocks that they lay right on top of the grass so a couple of month after its installed the grass dies and the blocks start falling over causing foundation problems. I wanted to save time by letting Home Depot build my shed, I should have built it myself. If you make a complaint about the way the foundation is installed they just say that's how we do it. More saving, more doing, that's what Home Depot's ad says I say you'll be saving if you do it yourself.

Home Depot makes it grand slam easy to have a shed installed in your back yard. The consumer needs to do two things to make this happen. First decide which style Tuff shed you want and the area size. A call to Home Depot is usually required to make the initial purchase. If you're looking at a 12x12 and want it in a 8x8 or 8x10 or 8x12, they can do that, just call them and yes prices go with size, bigger cost more, smaller cost less. Then about a week later a local Tuff shed representative will contact you to confirm size, color, hard ware colors, door locations, set up, delivery install date. The second thing the consumer must do is provide a large enough location for the shed to be installed that is level within 4 inches, has a cement pad, or a 1/2" or smaller gravel pad. They will not install on bare dirt or grass, at least in my area. This was almost a show stopper for me because I am too old to be moving dirt in the back yard like that... but... a local cement guy put a pad down that was 9'x9'x4" . The cost of that will vary by location and is additional to the cost of the shed. In Seattle 2016 add a grand for the pad, less if you rent a mixer and pour the pad yourself.. HD and Tuff Shed were both wonderful and each did their job to my complete satisfaction. The installing Tuff Shed crew were good. Excellent experience all around. There is lead time between ordering and getting of about 4 weeks. My shed has no power, no plumbing, is less than 12'x12' in area, no taller than 12' so I required no permits of any kind. Call your local city hall for your permit requirements. I LOVE my shed and moving the garage into it making the garage the car storage area it is meant to be once again. My wife loves the shed because she gets to park inside the garage again. Tuff shed did excellent job with fabrication, painting, delivery and installation. Watching the 2 person installation was like seeing a house built in the back yard, very cool. The paint color on my home is Sherwin Williams Cyber Space and the shed is tuffshed Cobalt Blue. We got lucky that they match so close but my local Tuffshed would paint any colors or stains I delivered to them before fabrication. Thanks Home Depot and Tuff Shed. Good partnership and synergy on your parts. Would recommend to any one wanting a shed made of wood.

I invested a lot of money for my shed. The shed was installed crooked on my slab And part of it is not on my slab I upgraded to have the shed insulated but it was done shabby not covering the whole wall. It had sharp nails sticking out. After complaining I basically was told nothing could be done live with it

Tuff Shed requires payment up front, prior to completing Docu Sign paperwork, scheduling of installation, and installation of shed. Once you provide payment for shed GOOD LUCK in getting a customer service employee to reach out to you for scheduling installation or to answer questions. No follow-up from Tuff Shed salesman. NO CALL NO SHOW on day of installation. I was provided one quote from salesman, provided card for payment, billing statement arrived with higher price. No professionalism. All acceptable behavior by management.

I purchased the Lean To to be installed flush to a wall. They left it 16 inches from my house leaving me very little clearance. All they had to do is move a paver to get it flush. I called Mandy McFarland to inquire about moving closer to the wall. She charged me $500 to come out to move. Took them 30 minutes. I emailed her to ask for it to be refunded as it was excessive. She said she would forward to management and after several status updates, my request have gone unanswered. Bad Service

I am telling you do not buy tuff shed. I ordered one 4 months ago and it was to be installed 5 weeks later. But they informed me they had to resheduled for 7 more weeks out. Finally the day before that install came and they called me, within the 24 hour window, to let me know they had to rescuedule me another 2 weeks because my shed did not make it on the delivery truck. Note: the contract say stipulates that if I DID CHANGED THE INSTALL DATE WITHIN 24 HOURS I would have to pay a 10% of the purchase price penalty. But did they offer any compensation, no not anyting they just blew me off. Then 2 days before this newest install date, I called to make sure my shed made on the delilvery which it did. BUT I was informed at that time the Loft I ordered and PAID for was changed and could not be installed even though I configured that way with the Sales guy. However, I could get a loft BUT I would have to change to a Cathedral Rafter system which would cost an additional $1,500.00. This was 2 days before install. On the other hand I could also just leave out the loft and save $700.00. Bottom line iss these guys can not be trusted to support you of live up to the commetments agree to. In addition they have all kinds penalties to screw with but none to protect you . DO NOT BUY TUFF SHED! Go with United or some other company you will be glad you did!

Pablo and Robert came to install my shed and they couldn't of done a better job!!! These guys are great!!! Shed looks awesome

Junior installed our Tough Shed, it was completed fast and looks good.

Still waiting on shed to be finished.calls are not given proper attention. Worst money ever spent
