Product Details

Clear PVC tubing reinforced with spiral polyester for use in pressure applications. Manufactured with non-toxic FDA compounds. Use for flexible lines for air, water, liquids, beverages and gases as well as drain lines for air conditioners and dehumidifiers where higher pressure or tubing wall stability is required. Excellent resistance to mild acids and chemicals. See through design allows for visual flow. Not for use with ice makers or petroleum based products.

Be careful how you apply this product.
Be careful how you apply this product. We used a metal barb at the ID at one end of a segment, and a coupler on the OD at the opposite end. Soon a water leak occurred around the metal barb. At the coupler end the water could contact the braid. The water wicked thru (or under pressure) to the opposite end and appear as a leak surrounding the metal barb. The braid is not embedded in the vinyl. Rather this is a inner vinyl hose, surrounded by braid, surrounded by an outer vinyl hose.
