Do not buy!!!!
Absolutely poor quality product. This is NOT "Barn" or "Rough Cut" shiplap. I have to sand ALL of the boards as true rough cut shiplap has a circluar cut pattern, this is just rough, nasty lumber. Which means I also have to repaint all of it and the paint is even poorly done. Every board is also warpped, crowned, and poor end cut.
If I could return all of it I would, but not possible at this point. I WILL NOT buy another UFP product again and neither should you! Especially given the price!

warped
Looks more like siding it's warped so bad. I have ordered 3 other ship laps in different colors from Home Depot and this stuff was just the worst ever. My master bedroom should be the nicest looking of all the rooms, and instead my contractor had a hard time nailing it to the wall because of the warped boards. I should have stopped her and I should have returned the product. I'm completely dissatisfied with the look of my wall in the master bedroom.

Beat of the shiplap or tongue and groove options
This one definitely is the nicest of the shiplap we have ordered. We ordered our different options from the home
Depot. The color is definitely on the yellow side but is nice and looks the best.

Nice wood
This wood was perfect for us because it was well priced, it came in long planks, and it was pre-finished. It took my husband and I about one day to do the wall, and another day to add the trim around the jamb. Make sure you let it acclimate and be prepared to have this stuff warp a little after it’s up. To me that’s part of the look and it’s fine. Also, get an extra box. Lots of pieces had damage from shipping with splits on the corners. Overall we are happy and love the new vibe in the room

Not as black as I expected
This product was super easy to install. Each piece was very beautiful.....but....the color charcoal and actually looks more like a dark brown. We will paint it so that it appears more like the store picture. We preferred the rough side, but both sides can be used.

good product, not perfect
This shiplap is beautiful, and we'll manufactured in its look. Occasionally I found boards that are bowed or slightly undeveloped. it's not hard to work around, but I do reccomend being prepared to make adjustments. With all that said I still love this product.
