The roof has to be assembled then reassembled to slide the roof in right, that’s the only tricky part that isn’t in the instructions

almost too east
I built this shed BY MYSELF start to finish. I only had assistance relocating the frame to the place I wanted it in my yard, after I built it. If I’d had assistance, it could have easily been done in one day. I built and leveled the frame on several paving stones, to compensate for the uneven ground. The next day, I was able to build the entire shed in about 8 hours, completely solo. I used a couple sand bags to help stand the first wall panel in place. After that, the walls were light work. I used a small ladder to place the roof after I built the roof frame. Make sure you use soapy water to make it easier to slide the roof panels in place. If you have 2 people, this shouldn’t hard. BUILD A LEVEL FRAME FIRST! or you’ll never get it done right and you will void your warranty.

Federal Way WA - Quality shed! Will buy another
Foundation, foundation foundation! Make sure your foundation is level and fits the minimum 8x10 shed size. I downloaded the instruction manual prior to the sheds arrival to build my foundation. I had a 12" slope to I used concrete block with 4x4 metal bracket insert. I used 4x4x8 skids 3x treated lumber and secured the 2x6x10' to build the floor frame. I was SOLID! Weyerheauser 3/4 OSB flooring on top of the the frame and Wow, almost didn't want to cover it anymore - make for a perfect deck. Shed arrived in 4 boxes - lay them out in an open space, and open all at once. 1 light (roofing panels) and 3 heavy ones. You'll need help loading/unloading. Instructions were in the 2 of 4 box. First challange was the first step - assembling the 8x10 floor. Snaps together at 45 degree angle was not easy. We snapped rear panels to center, flipped it over and snapped the final front panels. Walls were the easiest! Must follow each step, and you'll need to open up all 4 boxes b/c the panels are scattered throughout. Metal truss was easy to assemble but do assemble in an flat, wide open space and get help to lift above walls. Once mounted onto the joist brackets, the 6 black roof panels should slide in and snap into place at the Skylight junction points. If not, its b/c your foundation is not likely level, square, etc. Took me and a buddy 3 hours for foundation, 4 hours for shed.

Some good, some bad
Got this shed in 2019. Installed it on a concrete patio with a plastic grid panel base from a hot tub I took out. Looks good and is level. Has held up fairly well but: The roof panels will bow inward in the middle of each one from the sun. Not necessarily a bad thing since this keeps the water runoff in the middle of them instead of between them, but looks bad. The cheap translucent top center vent panel cracks over time, and it's slotted design is a perfect hornet nesting place where they can enter inside the shed. If you live where there is snow, you will have it blowing in under the roof edges because they have no overhang. And when it melts, water pours in from that center roof vent panel. Even with the patio concrete and solid hot tub base, the shed warps and now the doors don't fit or close right. I had to slide shims under a corner of the shed to shift a wall so the doors would close. The best thing I can see out of this is I got it for $200 less in 2019.

Foundation, Foundation, Foundation!!
The hardest thing about this shed is getting the foundation right. I tried to watch a video on youtube on this exact shed. The foundation he used in the video was pea pebbles. We tried that and it turned out TERRIBLE. So after about $125 lost, I built the wood frame foundation that's in the instruction manual. The wood frame foundation cost about $250 with the wood beams and the plywood, and the screws. The wood foundation turned out great, and after that, me and my wife were able to put the shed together. We didn't do it all in one day, but following the directions, it's pretty easy. The roof framing can be a bit tricky, but nothing too crazy. The shed is actually bigger on the inside than I thought once all built and set up. It's really windy here today in California and expected to rain later this week, so I will see how the shed holds up. So far we are happy with our purchase.
