The Riviera is a triangular spa (88 in. L x 72 in. x 72 in. x 29.5 in. H) designed to be space efficient, fitting nicely into a corner to provide a relaxing nook after a long day. USA SPAS' "Plug 'N' Play" hot tubs are the perfect solution for spa users that are short on space but still want to enjoy the luxury of a hot tub. Just plug these spas into any 120-Volt/15 Amp outlet, fill with a garden hose and enjoy. The 36 jets are carefully placed to target sore muscles, providing a gentle, calming massage. The spa water can be heated up to 104°F to further relieve tense areas of the body. This hot tub features a quiet operating, Hi-flow pump with a 1 kW heater. The heater can be upgraded from the 120-Volt system to a 240-Volt with a 4 kW heater with the help of a certified electrician. The durable spa shell is manufactured with Lucite-Xtra Acrylic and a 3 layer strengthening process called Dura-Bond, while the cabinet is constructed of synthetic polystyrene panels with a Mahogany finish that requires no maintenance. This spa utilizes an Econo-Boost heat recovery system to exceed the California energy compliance mandate.

Very nice for the price.
We are very much enjoying our tub. This is a very nice tub for the price. The seating offers 3 varying heights, you can't really tell in the pictures. We have found all three positions to be very comfortable. 3 people can sit in it comfortably, but don't expect it to compare to larger tubs you may have used in roominess.We had ours re-wired to the higher voltage. Make sure to contact the company when doing so, as the wiring information inside the motor is not accurate. Make sure when yours is delivered to check it over extremely carefully, as the packaging they use when shipping does not protect it very well. We had to refuse the first tub when it arrived with a gouge in it. The second one, which we kept, also had a small mark as well, but it was acceptable to us. The actual tub itself works very well for it's small size, the jets are powerful and the tub was staying well heated even at the lower power level. We also purchased the hard cover for it; it is much easier to put on & remove. Overall we are very happy with it.

When we first received our spa and started it up...
When we first received our spa and started it up this spa would have gotten a 1 star rating. The spa heated up nicely, but when we got in and pressed the jets button the spa starting surging. The first rep from QCA we spoke to said there must be air in the line and that we needed to empty the spa and refill it with the garden hose inside the filter basket. We also were told to bleed the valves from the incoming and outgoing lines inside the pump motor housing. We did all that, but when we pressed the jets button the water was still surging. The second QCA rep told us we had a defective control panel and that they would sent out a replacement control panel. It took a week for the new control panel to arrive (without installation instructions.) My husband replaced the panel and the spa then worked perfectly. Just wish it had worked perfectly when it arrived.

This spa was everything that it promised. It was literally plugged in, filled up, and the next day, 104 degrees and fabulous. We are modifying it to 220 but it was fine at 110. The only thing I would recommend is to buy the chemicals online at the same time unless you have a spa store near by. We do not and the local hardware store didn't stock everything we needed. We have used it everyday since set up and couldn't be happier.

Our favorite way to relax!
We've had our spa for about a year or so and we absolutely love it! It fits perfectly in a corner of our sun room and looks great. We love the fact that we could just plug it in to a regular wall outlet, turn it on, and start relaxing. No electrical work had to be done at all, so very simple. We love the way it looks and it's very easy to change settings, etc. Cleaning is a breeze as is changing the water out every few months. Nothing about the maintenance is difficult. Just grab a glass of wine, hop in and you'll start feeling that vacation vibe in no time!

Does everything we hoped for
Only problem was opening the tub to get to electric wireing. Screws holding the panel on the bottom to electric were screwed in an upward angle makeing it imposible to remove the screws. They must have been put in while tub was up high and not on the ground.

Perfect Size, Fun Shape, Adequate Jets
Although ordering the hot tub was a tad cumbersome at the store, the manufactuerer support was superb in delivery and hookup. The hot tub is the perfect size for a small family. I spent the extra $$ having an electrician hook it up on a 240w line rather than plug it in to a standard wall socket. I also bought the 4" cover, so together with the smaller cover that comes with the unit, it stays at 104 degrees. Sweet! We saved at least $1,000 buying this over the locals. I highly recommend this unit...

Great bang for the buck!
Unit arrived quickly as promised. The manufacturer even called before shipment to review the order before they shipped and to answer any questions that we might have. The delivery was without issue, no damages at all. We had the spa up and running shortly after delivery. We have it on 115vac currently, and will wire it for 220vac later. It is plenty hot on the 115vac, it was 100 degrees within 12 hours. The cover fits well, even though others have noted it as an issue, and being we have the spa on our back porch (screened in with a roof) we think it is adequate. Perhaps in the winter we may not think so, but will have to wait and see.
