Aesthetically Fits the Bill? Yes. Performance? Ugh
I recently remodeled my kitchen, using a retro theme. I have the stove, stove hood, and frig. Aesthetically, the package is perfect. The performance of the stove? Not the greatest. Like others have stated, lighting of the oven is a challenge. It takes on average, 4 tries to keep it lit. All while you have to leave the door open, per the instructions. The oven seal is thin rubber that's only attached in a few places, so it's floppy. No alert when it's at temp, and the light is dim.

Gets really hot, not sealed properly, door broken
Like others have written, the oven takes ages to light and it's not easy to do. It takes forever to preheat. The oven gets extremely hot so that the knobs and the whole room are really really hot. The oven door is broken so that it does not shut against the interior rubber seal. I have only been using this oven for a month! It looks nice, but that is the only nice thing I can say about it. The top burners work fine. I have the finish cracking to look forward to from other people's reviews.

Super cute, not functional at all
Range: 3 of the burners are too high-powered, the flames are larger than half our pans; the last burner is so tiny you can barely simmer on it. Oven: It will light, but takes a LONG time. But the door doesn't seal. So the oven will never come to temperature, and never hold a temperature, which makes proper baking impossible. We had to buy tension rods and prop them under the door handle in order to shove it closed. Lastly, the paint is cracking and peeling off after 1 year. Really disappointing.

It sounds like you may need to adjust your burner flames. Instructions on how to do so can be found in the manual that came with the range. Please also reach out to info@uniqueappliances.com for further technical support, and some assistance with the paint issues you are experiencing.

Pretty to the eyes. Hard to see oven pilot, and tell if the oven is on. Still figuring out cooking times.

Don't buy one!
When I first got it the oven wouldn't stay lit, and I had to install a new thermocoupler, which was a pain. After about a year, the paint started peeling off and rust is showing through, which has never happened with any of my other appliances. The oven door doesn't close very well, and the oven won't light unless I use a lighter. My last oven lasted over 15 years and still worked fine, this one isn't going to last 5.

Beautiful, but horrible quality
I bought the entire suite of Unique appliances in this color - refrigerator, gas range, hood, and dishwasher. The range is awful. The oven is so poorly insulated that everything gets hot on the exterior, knobs included. The drawer gets so hot that I burned myself getting a pan out. There also seems to be an issue with the oven pilot, as it's difficult to start. I dislike the range so much that I bought a toaster oven and I use it as much as possible instead of the range oven. DO NOT BUY!
