Expensive but cheap quality door
My door was professionally installed approx one week ago. The hinges were squeaky and not smooth so wd40 has to be applied to get the door to close properly. Couple days later it’s not closing correctly. The next day after install it rained rust formed around the middle glass insert. Water leaks through all inserts. Now rust is forming on the hinges. The door is level but there are several cracks/ doesn’t close flush. The only thing I do like is the color but confused as to why paint would be rusting. I’m not using proper terms but I think you get my point. I don’t know where to begin to try to rectify this situation.

Door itself is good quality. The door seals are of poor quality. The window frames are flimsy. The screens were not drilled the same as the windows, meaning the fasteners don’t line up.

The door would not open because of an I-beam issue on our patio. The door was just what we wanted and looked very nice but we were not able to use it because of the blockage.

Poor quality in details
Heavy solid door I was impressed by that but the holes for the screen and window did not align , the screen arrived with a hole in it, the frames of the screen and windows were black but the door green. When they say interchangeable screen they only refer to the top window not all windows. There was damage to the door frame due to the rubber gasket that holds the screen. We sent the door back and HomeDepot was great in handling the return.

Very poor quality
It is impossible to understand how HomeDepot can deal with a vendor that has such poor quality of their products. Colors not matching, misaligned holes in frame, broken screens , one of the door stops is no longer working Etc only with the HomeDepot installers was the product successfully installed. The cost of these doors was so high , as a veteran I did not even get the veterans discount because " it was ordered online" does not seem right.
