No they have 2 openings for both door knob and single or double cylinder locks.
I have door size 31 by 80 if this door size 32 by 89 will fit
I'm hoping that it's a typo error of 32 x 89, because the standard size door is 80" high. These are installed with steel frames (they come with) sitting flush against the outer wall, door doesn't sit into the door jams. Screw driver sold separately.
