The spineless yucca loves sunlight and watering about once a week. Make sure the soil dry's out before watering again. Hello Steve, Unfortunately this plant is not able to withstand freezing temperatures. If you'd like to have it outdoors, it is best to keep it in a pot and bring it indoors during colder periods (below 40 degrees Fahrenheit).
Why are this plant and the orchid listed under the category "cat-safe"? They are not. I had bought one of these a few years ago and my cat loved to chew on it. It causes stomach distress.

Utilize the same technique when you want to sculpt the plant for more of and aesthetic look. **Yes, there are times when it gets older you'll need to use a tool or two to tame it. They love growing and being sturdy.

No it cannot, in the summertime it can be placed outside temporarily until it gets too cold then you can bring it inside by a bright window not direct sunlight.
