Frankenstein light does not go on nor it makes noise

HI and thanks for the question on the 7 ft. Animated LED Frankenstein's Monster. If aren't able to tell which position the switch is on here's some help. The middle position is OFF. The other positions (right and left) will be Lights ONLY or Sensor. On the Lights Only setting, he will not move or make noise. On Sensor mode, he will move and make sounds when the Sensor is triggered. Be sure the Sensor is full connected to the Control Box, and peeping out the hole at the center of his chest. Frankensteins's eyes do not light up. Why?
They ain't supposed to. They roll and blink - which is pretty realistic. I wouldn't want them to light up.
Hi! Thanks for your question on the 7 ft. Animated LED Frankenstein's Monster. The monsters eyes match the eyes in the classic movie, so they don't light up. But he does have lights - it's the Bolts on the sides of his neck that flicker and glow blue while he's fully animating with sound and movement. Hope this helps and you have a great Halloween!
My eyes do not light up on my Frankenstein
Hi!, Thanks for the question about the 7 ft. Animated LED Frankenstein's Monster. The eyes of the Monster don't light up, but the bolts on his neck do. They're only illuminated at certain points in his activity/sound cycle, so check for that. If those work, your Monster is just as Dr. Frankenstein designed him. The sensor does not work. I checked for all obstructions power and everything. Whenever I plug the sensor in the bride will move around and then stops and will not work via censor. I even tried the sensor off of Frankenstein but does not work! What to do?
Hi Spookiest! Thanks for the question on the 6 ft. Animated LED Bride of Frankenstein. She will light up, but won't activate fully with sound and motion without her sensor. We do have our website at www.sviservice.com if you want to purchase one. Just look "Shop Parts". Does the bride of Frankie work without a sensor? The sensor was not in the box.

Got my Frank today and eagerly put him together. The issue I have is his eyes won’t light up. The bolts light up under lights only function but not eyes.Nothing lights up w/sensor function (just sound and movement). I checked connections already. Help.
