The tub came on the 27th of August but when I called four days later to find out when it would co...
The tub came on the 27th of August but when I called four days later to find out when it would come and then where it was, I was told it was on a truck. However, when my daughter went to cancle the order she was, on the fifth or sixth day she was told I was notified it was here. I was never notified. We brought the tub home to discover one of the parts was missing and again work on my house was unnecessarily delayed. I was required to pay $34 for express mail, and while I believe they should have paid for their error, I did not argue because we needed the part. It took another 6 days to arrive.
Now I would not recommend this produce or company because of the rudeness I met when trying to obtain information I needed. I would recommend Home Depot.
