We bought this for our Father as he could not lift his legs to get in a standard tub. This is a very nice tub for the money. Installation was straight forward if you have a 60" alcove they give you panels to fit in opening.. The only thing different is the faucet fittings are 3/4 instead of the standard 1/2" had to get reducer bushings no big deal. Overall very nice tub.

Bought tub had it installed lights work however jets do not? Tried reaching out to the customer service number multiple times and can’t reach anyone. Who services these?

I use it all of the time and do enjoy...
I use it all of the time and do enjoy it but the instructions were not great because somethings were very unclear. I also have an issue with the fast drain leaking no matter what we have done.

Pathetic pump. The description said it was a whirlpool bath tub, but the force of the water comming from the "jets" was less than my kitchen sink.

Leaked When Tested
Made a mistake by not testing tub as soon as it arrived. Lost three weeks because I did not. All set to install and there was the leak where a flex hose entered a fitting!
Now waiting on replacement.
Must say though, the return process went smoothly. Picked up in twenty-four hours.

I would rate the tub as good plus. It was a difficult installation into a home built in the 1970's requiring
a good deal of structural dismantling to doors and interior wall panels to get into the bathroom. Also
toilet and vanity needed to be removed to get it into place. Also requires at least a 50 gallon water heater to perform as advertised. Once installed works well.

A great walk-in tube.
The tub is great. We needed to widen two doors to be able to install the tub. We were going to do that anyway to make the bath handicap accessible. My wife love that the water stays warm. The jets are great.
