I have a 320 square foot wall, how many panels would I need?

It appears you would need about 48 panels to cover this much square footage. Basically, 8 square feet per panel and 4 panels per box. You should need 12 boxes.

Absolutely, that's exactly how we used ours. We remodeled our kitchen and used this Urestone panel as our backsplash. Would definitely recommend buying a little extra to allow for matching, waste, and replacement in the future (we needed six panels (one & half cases), but bought 12 panels (3 cases) so that we could use the best, keep some for the future, and return a case if extra. Also, this Urestone is great as a backsplash because it has a hard coat surface that cleans up easily with water and is resistant against staining. The only concern would be using it DIRECTLY behind your stove/cooktop. We installed a stainless steel cooktop backsplash behind the stove & over the Urestone. Lastly, contact the manufacturer for the best caulk adhesive to use for your panels and for sealing the joints between and to get a color matched paint kit for touching up over the caulk/adhesive (for this particular panel [Weathered Orange Urestone] get several tubes of Tremco Dymonic 100 Almond and the paint kit to match this panel). About $7 per tube and $15 for paint kit, when we bought ours. Good luck and we love our Urestone.

The Urestone Faux Used Brick Panel in Old Town is a panel of light through dark reddish toned bricks; from far away the panels do resemble bricks. Up close, the panels do neither resemble nor feel like brick; rather they feel like a combination of plaster of paris and polystyrene. The instructions state these panels can be used indoors and outdoors. I had originally intended for these panels to be used as a kitchen backsplash; however, since the material wasn't the consistency or look I was going for, I'll have to think of other ways to use them - maybe as a decorative back panel on a storage unit or an epoxied table top. The panels themselves are quite lightweight and easy to maneuver. Likewise the panels did interlock with ease. I did notice small gaps when the panels were interlocked; these areas might need more caulk and more paint to conceal the gaps.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks nice, but pain to install The panels look nice, but you have to tweak every joint because the pieces are not the correct size to mesh. You have to trim, scrape, cut every joint to make them fit together. Takes way to much time for something supposed to save time. Wish the Superior Building panels had this coloring. They fit together great.
