3-Seat Converting Canopy Patio Swing Steel Lounge Chair with Cushions in Dark Grey

I removed the cushion cover to wash after the first season and the pad is disintegrated. Now there are pieces of it all over my deck.

I bought this under 6 months ago for my wife because it had good reviews and was reasonably priced. They must have changed the design and fabric. As you can see in the images, the corners of the canopy tore, the canopy twists all around, and the canopy and cushions faded quickly….and faded in different colors. The manufacturers “limited” warranty on materials and workmanship is only 30 days (which tells me what they think of their product), so they wouldn’t do anything about it.

Nice quality and looking, my kids swing slightly on it. It decorates my backyard and functionally work for my needs.

Put it up on 6/26/23 very hard to put up over 3 hours total with 3 people. Still can't put the cover on, the parts are too hard to get them to stay, instructions for cover are useless!!

The assembly was annoying and took about an hour. After assembly, it seems the canopy construction has no support and the cover ripped during the first rain. The next day as things dried the seat cushion seams began coming apart. I contacted Home Depot who contacted the manufacturer and they only agreed to replace the canopy. They are arguing the seat cushion just needs the thread cut off and the seam will stop ripping. This is unacceptable. I asked to return it and they want me to completely disassemble and rebox it. I will never recommend any of their products with this lack of quality control and customer service. I would add pictures but the system will not accept the images

I would actually have given this a 5 star review, if it weren’t for the Canopy. It was easy to assemble and very sturdy (swing). The canopy however, is poorly designed and cannot be kept from being twisted.

Home Depot delivered and service is great.. To stop the canopy from warping and twisting from normal use I’ve red loctite the screws and JBWelded all of the tubes. Waiting for it all to dry and see if that works. The complaints regarding the canopy on true. You must tie the cushions on or they will slip through the back.

The only thing good about this swing was the seat structure. The canopy is warped and does not hod its shape, some of the cushions are already tearing. I went to Home Depot and they said the only thing I could do was bring the whole wing back and they could re-order. I do not have a way to get it back.

Don't buy this swing I tried to purchase a new Canopy because the swing flipped over in the wind and ripped a hole in it The manufacture told me they don't sell replacement canopy's and I would need to buy a new swing I looked for replacements online, but it is an odd design with holes in it to hold the top and Velcro nothing I found would fit properly, and Home Depot told me buy an Umbrella to put next to it. Great Customer service?

Definitely use 2 people for assembly. Canopy At installation is already tearing at the seams Hopefully replacements are available. I’ll be surprised if it makes it thru 1 season.
