About This Product
VELUX EDL deck mount step flashing interweaves with shingles and other low-profile roofing materials to help provide proper water drainage. It includes an adhesive underlayment that provides an additional layer of water protection and prevents leaks. When paired with the VELUX No Leak Skylight (models FS, VS, VSE, VSS) this flashing makes the skylight eligible for the VELUX 10-year installation warranty.

Doing deck installation for Velux skylight, Model # FS A06 2004S Roofing material = 1 3/8 inch thick flat concrete tile mounted on a wood batten 1 inch thick. (2 and 3/8 inches total) What is the Velux part number for the correct Velux flashing kit?
VELUX does not manufacture a tile flashing kit for the FS A06 model skylights. May want to consider the FCM 1446 0004 (fixed curb mounted skylight) instead. Tile flashing kit for this model is called: ECW 1446 0000C.
Can this work on a flat concrete roof with a fcm skylight?
Hi Sam. For a flat roof application, you can use our curb mounted skylights (FCM, VCM, VCE or VCS models) You cannot use VELUX flashing for such an application. Flat roofs normally require TPO material or tar & gravel to ensure the curb is water-tight. For the flashing kit ECL 2246 what curb height is needed
You can use 2 x 4 or 2 x 6 lumber.

This shingle roof flashing kit is meant to fit an outside curb measurement of 25 1/2 x 25 1/2 up to 25 1/2 x 49 1/2 inches.

We have a tile roof, trying to install the Velux 46x46 skylight. Will this work? It seems to say that the max opening can be only 25.5" wide? Not 46" wide. You sell the right size for the shingle roof - but not a tile roof?
If you have a VELUX Curb mounted 4646 model skylight going onto a sloped, tile roof, the flashing kit needed is called: ECW 4646 0000.
