Vevor/home depot states the break strength on this product based on the rope. However break strength is always greater than the safe working load limit(WLL); usually 50% (or less) of the max strength/ break strength. What is the tested safe WLL of this?

I too seek knowledge about this mountain climber gear. I seen the advertising pictures of this product with persons clearly using for mountain climbing. I bought this gear because of needing to do my work on 5 level building. Will I be safe?
The photos are pretty clear. This is CE certified climbing gear. There is no way a company would sell "CE" certified climbing gear if it wasn't safe and approved for climbing. This is the cheapest certified climbing gear I have ever seen!
