One of the reviews said the spout is plactic? I have a moen now and that piece is metal. It concerns me that you will be handling that spout lots.

AnswerGood morning, We do offer a deck plate however, it would have had to have been ordered with the deck plate. You can still order a deck plate from one of our retailers. The model number for the deck plate is VG17001(finish)
