Internal problem with faucet and no response from Vigo
This faucet has been installed correctly and produced cold and hot water the first day. Since then it goes in and out all the time and only will produce hot water. I have tried to contact Vigo twice and have not received a response on this issue. Very disappointed in their customer service and the quality of the product overall. It looks great but is useless otherwise at this point. I wouldn't recommend buying from a company that doesn't respond to their customers.
