        Q:Does this require any plumbers putty or just the two washers? (foam above sink, rubber under sink)

        A:  Thank you for your inquiry Aaron. The VIGO Sink Drain model VG07001BN comes with all needed parts for proper installation. No plumbers putty needed as there are 2 rubber washers that are used to seal the drain inside the sink bowl.

          Terrible & Slow Drainage
          Bought it to pair it with new Vigo vessel sink and Vigo faucet. Like one other reviewer said, the water draining is very slow because of air flow and collects scum and dirt because of it. I might have to replace it with a pop up. Very disappointed.

              Looks great but won’t drain
              The holes are too small and the water isnt breaking the surface tension to drain. There’s always water left over in the drain.

                The drain was purchased with Viggo glass vessel sink. While it is a 1-1/2" drain, it requires a larger 1-3/4" hole in countertop. In my case it was granite which required the purchase & use of a diamond finger angle grinder bit to enlarge. Also not included was the special contoured mounting ring (aka stand) to go between the round bottom glass sink and flat hard counter surface. This required communication with Viggo Tech Support and another special order. Finish product is very nice.
