Nice toilet but pay attention to installation specs for the water supply line! Need Shark bite for installation!
Purchased the toilet because of a good, discounted price and reviews. These style toilets are a bit different in installation due to the one-piece compact design. There was an issue due to the threaded valve connection provided being different than a typical 3/8" toilet water supply connection. In order to install the supplied valve a shark bite connector had to be purchased. Not a fan of shark bites but in this case, I was forced to use it. This introduced another problem with extending out the water supply valve and hitting the toilet. I got lucky and missed it by about 2 ". So I had to install the toilet base first and then connect the water supply valve.
Another issue is that the water supply SS provided hose is a bit larger and puts a strain on the required shark bite, luckily the shark bite can be rotated on the copper pipe to alleviate some strain on the filter housing/shark bite connector. The issue with this is now the filter housing is facing down and cannot be removed for cleaning. Other than the install the toilet, it works great! Built-in bidet is nice and has excellent features, purchased this model without the automated seat, because I figured that is probably a good mechanical breaking point. Auto flush is another nice feature!

Outstanding Bidet
Tried many bidets so far, and I must say, I am about to purchase my second. This one took me about 1hr to install, and that involved the removal of the old toilet. I needed no additional anything from the hardware store. Even came with a wax ring.
Water temp is fantastic. Pulsating/cleaning is perfect. Heated seat is wonderful. Fan could be stronger or dry faster.
I'm a bigger guy, tall, and this works well for me. Also, my kids love it too, as does my wife.

Excellent product back by superb customer service!
I’ve had this toilet for about a year and a half now and its excellent. Every function works exactly as described. It’s comfortable and looks great as well! This month we encountered one small issue where a hose had come loose. Kevin from Vovo customer service gave us the best support service ive ever experienced. Walked us through on a video call with diagnosing the issue and helping is resolve it all in the same session.

Great Vovo bidet toilet.
I bought this Vovo toilet for the bidet function but also for the tankless style and the Vovo toilet style is very sleek and clean. All the features are there and the bathroom looks modern with the toilet. I got alot of compliments from guess coming to my house. I recommend this product.

Amazing toilet and the customer service, even better!!!
I never write reviews but i love our toilet so much that i wanted to do so. After living a nightmare with another bidet toilet brand, we decided to go with Vovo, even though it was more money that we initially planned. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this toilet, however, we had an issue, after installing it, we had a leak coming from the filter. We decided to call the company directly, and they answer “right away”, no answering machine! and we spoke with a nice lady that asked us to FaceTime with so they could se the problem through our camera, then she put us with the engineer to assist us, who directed us on how and what to do and our problem was solved in less than five minutes. I haven’t had this awesome experience with any company lately, considering that they all use answering machines or email, so you don’t get an answer right away, however, with Vovo, we got our answer right away and we are very happy that we decided to go with this brand. We are thinking to get another one for our downstairs bathroom.

Great product, FANTASTIC customer service!

She was quick to also connected the call to Suní. They both diagnosed the issue. Within 30 min I had a shipping confirmation of the replacement part.
