We had an oval sink, so we needed to buy 2 kits and both of them came without a necessary part. We called the company (Vance) at the phone number in the directions. They were nice and got the part in the mail promptly. Because our sink was porcelain with a thick lip, we couldn't do exactly as directed, we needed to place the sink before putting in the last bracket. Keep in mind that we had to do this because our sink was ONLY glued to the granite and it FELL DOWN!!!

The brackets are easy to assemble. They are a strong solid support for my sink. The sink weighs 40lbs. I found that using this mount is easier than using sink clips. It also allows you to adjust the sink height, to match the bottom of the counter.
