I had great expectations for this cabinet when I learned that it is “solid birch wood,” but assurances can be deceiving. When I received the box, the materials were poorly wrapped and bits of styrofoam went flying everywhere. I found that the “solid birch wood” is several piece of wood glued together. They are actual boards of wood, and not mdf or partial board, so I guess the term “solid wood” has been used loosely. I quickly realized that there is no lip to rest the sink on, and the strength/sturdiness of the unit would depend on my ability to put everything together as intended, to drive the screws in tightly, and to make modifications until I was satisfied the unit would not meet an untimely demise. The last straw that made me repackage it for return was a sticker I found on one of the pieces as though it was previously someone’s floor model. Last straw. Returned. Then I bought the Home Collector’s Ashburn vanity for just $50 more. It’s stylish, sturdier construction, and pre-assembled. <3

Vanity Art bathroom cabinet chosen because ONLY product that met replacement specs 39” width. Directions not specific- could use better details, along w/ placing screws where no holes. Doors don’t match up. Uneven closure, will be future problem. Weak door hinges. Light construction for granite top
Excellent Vanity for the Price

I’m very happy with this vanity purchase. The vanity comes disassembled, but its not hard to put together. The doors come already assembled on the front face which is nice and they are soft close. I used a 1/4 round and caulk to fill in the 1/2” so gap on the sidewall and colored-matched the paint. This comes with a toe kick.

First off i was expecting a cabinet . When i recieved it it needed ti be assembled...no information on that was given ...like...needs to be assembled. Secondly the hardware was missing...so back it went. So never got a chance to see it assembled to appreciate it

You assemble this product. All the holes were not pre drilled-some were. If I didn’t have a handy person it would have been very hard to do by myself, and I’m not sure I would have trusted the integrity of the product, with a heavy sink on top, if I had to drill some of the holes. The instructions were not the best either, when it came to what screw to use, had to really quadruple check. If you are a handy person, I would say get the vanity for the price.

Easy to assemble and very modern and clean looking! It’s sturdy too. Not cheap particle board. Pleasantly surprised with the quality at this price point.
