Is it water or oil based? Title says water but description says it's oil base will give wood a yellow tone. Thanks.

Why is this sold only in 2-can packs?

Factory packaging shipped to store for pick up. Just the way it is. The product is worth $30 in my opinion...I bought 4 cans even though I ended up with a whole can left over I am VERY happy with the application and appearance of this water based urethane.
