A: On the blade it says "Made in Japan." It is a very good saw. I really like mine.
A: Yes there are some websites that sell them or you can go to http://www.vaughanmfg.com/shopping/Departments/Bear-Saw-Hand-Saws.aspx and order them.
A: That is a good question, since I have never been able to find anyone who can sharpen these saws. I have never seen replacement blades for these types of saws. Since the handle looks to be a relatively cheap plastic molding, I would guess that the handle is a small part of the price of the saw, and so low volume sales items like replacement blades might actually be as costly as a new saw anyway.
