Can this be applied on to exterior brick?
Asked by Krig13 August 7, 2020yes, this stone can be applied to exterior brick. if the brick has been painted or sealed then you will need to first apply a wire mesh w/ moisture barrier then a scratch coat before applying the stone veneer. If the brick has never been sealed or painted then you can apply the stone directly to the brick w/ mortar.

Asked by RAE July 18, 2020This stone cannot be applied over cedar planks. You would need to apply a metal lathe w/ moisture barrier and then apply a scratch coat of the mortar and allow to set up for 12-18 hours then you can apply the stone over the metal lathe and scratch coat.
Can this be applied to plywood
Asked by Brian June 29, 2020Veneerstone can be installed on plywood as long as using a moisture barrier, metal lathe, and scratch coat of mortar (type N or S).
