SO UNCOMFORTABLE AND CHEAPLY MADE
I think this couch is so beautiful, which is why I was so disappointed when I put it together and felt how uncomfortable it is. It is terrible. The cushions were so firm (not in a good way) they literally crackled when we sat on them. I only weigh 110 pounds. I have been sitting in the corner spot (just at night before bed) and I can already feel the hard crossbands beneath the cushion where it is flattening. I’ve only had it for about 3 weeks! Awful. One of the cushions was compressed on the corner from being boxed and shipped and the corner never expanded. The included throw pillows are kind of a joke as they are tiny and were wadded up and wrinked from packaging. The freight company is on their way to pick it back up as I write this because I am returning it. The color is gorgeous. The style is gorgeous. But I would trade it for nearly anything else because I cannot stand to sit on it - and I am not very picky actually! Not even worth the price. I am shocked it has any good reviews unless those people got lucky and got better quality cushion foam. So uncomfortable it honestly makes me mad because this has been such a hassel. I don’t recommend this couch!

Disappointed
I’ve owned this sectional for 6 months. We are two people and I am the only one who usually sits on it. The cushions are pitted and fabric is stretched out and crushed. We take very good care of our home….we are disappointed with this product.

6 months later and I have to buy a new couch
I loved this couch when we first got it but after a month the cushions where people regularly sat were flattened badly, you could see it from across the room. pretty soon the spots where people sit had springs pushing up very uncomfortably. it is horrible to sit on now and we are having to look for another couch already. FYI, 3 people here, casually sitting on it, and not really heavy.

The couch is very poorly made! The only decent thing...
The couch is very poorly made! The only decent thing about it is the color. The cushions velcro on, and it's definitely not a couch comfy enough to lay on, as when sitting on it, a person feels the wood between the cushions. When trying to lay on it, it feels like bars underneath. I wish I would've spent a couple more hundred to have gotten a couch with much better quality.
