Venta is easy to use but it did not solve...
Venta is easy to use but it did not solve my humidity problem. I use the Venta 24/7 and the bedroom does not get above 32-35%. It’s very disappointing.

We are sorry to hear that the Airwasher is not reaching desired humidity levels. This model offers coverage in spaces up to 430 ft² with standard 8-foot ceilings in a space free of drafts. For best results, you will want to position the Airwasher on the floor, with a minimum of 18-20 inches of clearance on all sides, and maintain an indoor temperature between 68-74 degrees F. A quiet and effective humidifier
I use this unit in my bedroom and it works well. Unlike my previous warm mist unit, it does take longer to bring the humidity up, but the upside is that this unit holds enough water that I can leave the unit running all day, so once my room is at a comfortable level, it can stay that way for as long as I keep the unit running. The sound does not bother me at all - in fact, if I don't have it running overnight, I find it's too quiet. The blue light on the unit is bright, but I just stick an old credit card on top and problem solved. My previous unit would develop hard water scale, but this unit used with the recommended Venta Water Treatment has made cleaning a breeze - no elbow grease required! I quickly clean the unit every 2 weeks and add the suggested amount of water treatment. The one main difference between this unit and my previous unit is room temperature. As my previous unit basically boiled water, my room would get quite warm, almost uncomfortably warm. With this unit, as the humidity increases, the room temperature drops slightly. This is not a problem as I sleep better in cooler temps. I'm really happy with my purchase and would consider a second unit for my family room.

Used as directed, did not raise the humidity level at all in our 150-sq ft room. (Supposed to be sized for rooms up to 400 sq ft.) My hygrometer hovered around 20% humidity even with other humidifiers running simultaneously. Returned it.

Dry furnishings (textiles, leather, wood, books, etc.) will require a longer period of time to absorb moisture until their humidity level is increased to a satisfactory level. Have Ben using for 1 month. Seems to be working...
Have Ben using for 1 month. Seems to be working good! On high it putting about 2 gallons of water into the air. We use a wood stove so it is hard to keep the humidity up. It is pulling quite a bit of dust out of the air, I am not having to dust as often.
