A: For decking your joist spacing and size would dictate loading.
A: When you build a deck w composite boards every joist is 16”O/C (On center), in comparison to when you use pressure treated wood which is 24” O/C. The 16” spacing is virtually impossible to break. You can drive a car onto composite decking and not bother the board at all. To be safe I am gonna say that the weight limit is a small pick-up truck before you cause a scratch in it
