Installed 5 years ago, noticed fading at year 4, contacted the company that installed it. They are still trying to get the manufacture to replace it, very poor customer service, they keep asking for more and more pictures. They don`t stand behind their warranties.

Hope it sticks around for a bit so I can finish the rest of the yard. Huge lot so I'm having to do it per side. I can't believe that anyone would use the boring white after seeing this installed. This is so beautiful! I am so happy about this. We will see how it holds up but for now, I love!

The product was delayed 10 days from its original delievery date and the 1st shippment 1 post and 1 rpanel was damaged. Ultimately the items were re-ordered and received for installation. My install consisted of 5x5 vinyl posts installed over five foot by 1 7/8 metal poles and pole spacers installed in a slump block wall. The job consisted of 9 poles and 8 panels. After the poles were installed each panel was easily installed by putting the bottom rail in first then each the U channel and then each fence picket. Once all pickets and U channel is in place the top rail is installed to complete the panel. Repeat until done add a screw to each top rail to hold in place and your post caps.

Very Nice, above average quality Veranda Pro Series
I purchased this fence from HD in April of 2016. I live in South Florida. It took me approximately 2.5 months to complete. This was the sand color which goes up in price to $115 a panel. I purchased 15 panels and 2 gates with the solar light caps (nice touch). Few things to comment here. If you are particularly handy, patient and are not afraid to dig holes manually, you will be ok. You need to know how to measure, plumb, run a string line and perhaps make a few cuts using a plunge saw and table saw. Hardest thing is digging holes. I used the easy dry concrete you pour in the hole then add water as opposed to mixing your mud. Follow instructions for the fence installation. Make sure to do post, panels, post, it works smooth that way. Pat at the customer service line for Varanda fencing was great. Very helpful on install tips. You can tell he has actually installed a few on his own. I have received rave reviews and the sand color looks better than the white. Seems sturdy and solid if you follow specs (inserted metal stiffeners for each post). Well see when a hurricane comes along, how it will hold up..LOL. Look at my before and afters, it totally enhances my privacy now and I love it. I consider myself above novice as far as being handy. I can tell you I probably saved at least $3K to $4500 just doing myself as I have received estimates for an install and the fence companies charge half of the price of the fence in labor alone. Hard work, especially in Florida digging down 3 feet, sometimes hitting limestone, jack hammer time. Rented the little power auger from HD. It was great for ripping out old fence and the auger works good up to about a foot down until you hit rock!! The rest is brute labor in SOFLA 100 degree heat. I LIKE SAVING MONEY DIY, NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED AND AFRAID TO GET DIRTY! Highly recommend

      Beats Wood
Difficult to find decent wood anymore. Vinyl is the way to go. This Cypress is a quality product with a wood grain look. Has u channels to attach to posts so there are no gaps between panels and posts. No staining, no rotting, no board gaps. Manufacturer says to put posts and panels up at the same time. It's hard enough to get posts all aligned by themselves-can't imagine trying to do it with a complete panel attached. Filled the post holes 2/3 the way full of packed dry cement mix, then topped with wet cement to finish-worked fine. Do not like stark white vinyl fences but this looks nice. Durability? Who knows, but it sure looks good now. Will never use wood for fence again.

      Looks good from the street
We installed this fence along one side of our yard. It meets up to our neighbors wood fence in the back and it looks good. The install was pretty straightforward though not easy if you are short. Once the posts were installed the panels went together very quickly.
