How many cucumbers or watermelons will this hold? Does it work as well as a fabric beds?

You will need trellis for your cucumbers and some kind of trellis like wires pieces for any watermelon vines to grow up on. They will need to be placed at an angle too. You don't want to plant watermelon and cucumbers in the same raised boxed either or you won't get anything from either plant! Make sure you check what can be planted next to what plant.

Grape tomatoes, cherry tomatoes or full-sized slicing tomatoes. I planted Big Beefy (3) this year and a pepper plant. I planted 2 boxes. You'll need tomato cages and to fertilize with Tomato Tone* or garden lime every 2 weeks. Have fun.

Reasonable price & stuff grows. Nuff said.
I have a terrace in NYC and wanted to grow some fresh veggies, this was the perfect price & size for my space. Easy to put together and it's held together well for the last few months, no issues at all. I used some starter plants & some seeds and everything is thriving!!

happy with them
After I found the screws, these were fairly easy to assemble. I like how well they fit into the space I put them--along a back fence. I added landscape cloth underneath to ensure that the weeds would have little chance, though the beds themselves should keep weeds out and make them easy to remove. The beds easily fit 2 or even 3 tomato plants. I planted squash and peppers in them, as well. I am anxious to see how my garden grows this season, but I have to say that the plants seem to love the beds. There was little transplant shock and plants all seem to be happy.

The raised garden bed was very easy to assemble, position and fill and therefore gave me an excellent alternative to grow some vegetables. I will definitely be adding more beds to my "growing garden".

We purchased 10 of these raised beds to go around the perimeter of our patio. Easy to put together! Perfect size and depth for all your vegetables. Great price for what we wanted! Cheaper than if we made them ourselves! Can't wait to fill each one with a dirt mixture required for what we want to plant!!!

I am on my 5th year with this raised garden. I am searching for the liners to replace but I can buy the entire kit if need be, it is reasonable. I have so enjoyed my raised garden. I have planted tomatoes, peppers, squash, green beans, and all sorts of bulb plants. Not a problem with any of them. Only the tops of the liners are splitting but if I cannot find replacement liners I will use duck tape to see if I can get another year out of them. Best I have ever used.
