When using this product you don't need a dome. As long as your environment is warm. Warm water in a spray bottle will help your clone cuts also without a dome.
Bluecp: I'm afraid so. In aeroponics there's no timeout for rest. When the unit is disconnected the pump stops and so does the critical misting that nourishes your cuttings and encourages root development. You'll have to disconnect it a couple of times a day just to check and make sure all is well but you only do that for a few minutes at the most. I hope that helps, Hank
The pump is small but works as described. Not underpowered at all
JJ: Not knowing what you did or didn't do, I'd suggest that you contact Viagrow. They're knowledgeable and I know they want you to be successful with their products. Foaming usually suggests some kind of contamination and cleanliness is critically important in aeroponics. I hope that helps, Hank
Josevargasbozo: I'd love to help but I don't know what you don't know? I've had some experience in aeroponics due to some hydroponics classes I had a few years ago. I can tell you a couple of things that stayed with me from the instructor I had who seemed to know the most about the subject. 1. Make sure your nutrient solution is completely dissolved to prevent plugging up the misting nozzles and keep them clean. 2. Check it a couple of times a day because if it runs dry you'll lose your potential clones and fry the pump. 3. What impressed me most about this cloning machine besides the brand name, which I trust, is the price and the fact that it's complete. They give you everything you'll need to get started. 4. Before you get started order more supplies. You're likely going to need them. 5. Take your cuttings and IMMEDIATELY immerse the cut stem ends in water. 6. Make the final cut near a leaf or stem and cut it at a steep 60 degree angle to expose as much of the root forming tissue as possible. 7. If possible, make the final cut under water and go directly into you cloning gel. I do my cutting in a new cat litter box that's never been used. I fill it half full of water with a small cutting board at the bottom to prevent damaging the box. 7. Trim off about half of the foliage as photosynthesis isn't the goal for a at least a couple of weeks. They should get everything they need from the nutrient solution. 8. Follow the manufacturer's directions to the letter, be patient and good luck. I hope that helps, Hank
