The Viagrow 50 Gal. Round Plastic Nursery Garden Pots (5-pack- Black) have been such a blessing. I started homesteading at the beginning of the pandemic after we started having food shortages. Due to limited space in the back yard and critters, these garden pots have allowed me to expand my garden and grown more vegetables. The pots are 47 Actual Gallons/177.91 L/7.31 Cu. Ft., and came with holes pre-drilled so I could just begin using them. Pots are huge and very deep, large enough for you to plant all sorts of trees and plants in. I strongly recommend, especially for urban gardeners with limited space and to people attempting to prevent animals and other pests from destroying plants and vegetables. Pots are good quality and very sturdy. Disclaimer: I received these pots at no cost in exchange for an honest review.

These 50 gallon nursery pots were a little larger than I expected, but they are fantastic. The plastic they are made out of is very sturdy and high quality. There are 4 handles evenly spaced around the outside of the pots making it so 2 people can carry them, if needed. Since this is a pack of 5 I've experimented with a few different uses for them. You can plant bushes or trees (great for fruiting trees or ornamental trees you may want to move around), use them for mixing large batches of soil (with compost, pete moss, sand, etc.), and I also turned one into a compost bin. I'm really happy with how well these pots work for me.

Great for Trees
The 40 gallon Gro Pro containers were sold out everywhere so we settled on these. They are huge* but not quite as sturdy. I bought them for our fruit trees and have placed them on a stepping stone for better drainage. We are building french orangery planter boxes to go around them. *Large enough to fit a 74 lb. Aussie and any dwarf/semi-dwarf tree you may have :)

These were definitely larger than expected! Think large tree planter the size of your hot water tank!! I originally selected these because I thought they would be nice containers for yard clean-up, but I would probably have to put one on wheels to move it around when it's full. So I've decided these will become large raised beds, compost bins, or planters for small trees. I just have to decide where to put them because I probably won't be moving them around.

So much red clay that nothing really wants to grow in. I have 2 Russian Cherry Bushes that are several years old and they try but don't seem to produce very well planted in the red clay. They are now in large pots with coir and perlite besides outdoor potting soil so they can grow to be big bushes and produce lots of tart red cherries. They had to be cut back before I could dig them up for transplant.

This set of 5 47 actual gallons, nursery pots measure 30 inches in diameter and approximately 20.5 inches high, They are excellent for potting up large shrubs or small to medium trees as they have sufficient room for root growth with minimal root strangling found in smaller pots that can cause roots to choke the plant if they become pot bound. They are also useful for those that want to raise vegetables in a raised bed manner as these do not require those that would have trouble bending to the ground to tend their vegetables. Each pot takes approximately 10 wheelbarrows of soil to fill them. There are sufficient drainage holes at the bottom to allow excess water to drain out. They are also rated for level 2 recycling should they become unusable.

These Viagrow 12 gallon plastic nursery garden pots are made very good. They are made of a very strong plastic that will hold whatever you plant in them and are very weather resistant. They are about 21-1/4 inches tall and about 30-1/4 inches across the top and about 24-1/4 inches across the bottom. They come with 10-1-inch predrilled holes around the sides at the bottom and 1-1 inch hole in the center of the bottom for water drainage. I am going to use one for an above ground flower pot in the yard. They are also big enough for small trees and bushes and large plants.

Ifyou are looking for a huge 47 gal pot Viagrow has one for you. This is a huge but wonderful sturdy well made black nursery pot. It comes with lots of drainage holes. Perfect for small trees or shrubs that need to be in a pot but also need tons of room to grow. It is thick plastic that is very strong and sturdy. I choose to build a planter around 2 of them. Also perfect for an entire vege garden. The pot gives enough surface area approx 32" at the top to plant many veges or flowers around the tree or schrub. Love these pots, if your an avid gardener you will love them.

These were a great find. My trees needed a bigger pot and were not overly expensive. I looked at many options and didn't want to spend a fortune. I also wanted to keep my privacy trees and not start over.

Of course, I haven't used them in my garden yet, but they have met my expectations as to what I had ordered. I have searched the internet for pots of this type and have found them, but I couldn't order them because the sight would only sell to a company like Agway or Longfellows. None of the retailers I spoke to would order these for me. Thank you for being the one which would! With people wanting to get into gardening because fear of food insecurity, why don't you avertise as being a retailer who will order products such as these. I don't think people even know you have seeds out already. I bought your polyplex tubing (thanks to people like Ellie in plumbing who has spent much time to help me) for irrigating my garden; people need pro-mix, fertilizers etc.
