Power-Kill Mouse Trap (2-Pack)

I put peanut butter on the trap and within a week I caught 2. I put one by my stove, one by my refrigerator and one by the patio door where I seen it come in at. My trap caught the one by the stove and the one by the refrigerator. As you can see the peanut butter is gone so the mouse got a chance to grab it before getting caught

I purchased this because I heard sounds in my attic. These traps are super easy to set, easy to cleanup, and it actually came as a 3 pack. It seems we get 50% more for free. I did consider using a no kill trap, but decided against it because I don't want to handle live animals or transport them. I eventually learned that I had rats and that these traps were not going to kill them humanely, so I didn't actually use them.

Great product. Well built, weather resistant device that’s part plastic and part steel. I am using the entire 3 and checking them every other day. I’ll bet I’ll have these 3 traps for many years. Certain types of traps work better than others and these traps are one of the best designs I’ve seen. I’d be happy to write another review in a few months after these traps have established a track record.

Works like a charm...seems more effective than the glue traps. Just add a little peanut butter.

I liked that the victor power kill mousetrap was both easy to set but also did not snap back at my fingers. Previously I had used all plastic traps and they would not fully kill the rodent leaving me to finish the job. I’m confident the strong metal kill bar will relieve me from this sad activity. I would definitely recommend these traps to anyone with an ongoing problem.

I have a mouse problem. A frustrating mouse problem. My wife insisted on some round traps, and I think the mice became many during this dark period because the round traps suck. The trap worked for small mice, but only if they wanted to walk in. I have discovered why the old traps failed with these devil mice after catching some with this beast of a trap! First off, STRONG construction! Reusable, and rewashable. How many times? I don’t know but I’m going down every few days and changing them in my basement. I don’t even need to bait, I just put it in their walking path and hang out spots (sooo much mouse poop) So why did the circular ones start to fail? For one, the mouse had to want to go in and bait didn’t always work. I swear the ones that escaped told others. The other is... THESE ARE HUGE MICE!!! Not rats, but mice. Clearly they’ve lived long and healthy lives and have organized a small city in our walls. Lastly, they chewed through the round plastic. The bar on these awesome traps are metal. I don’t think the mice are going anywhere. They’ve all been sold body slams so far. So I have hope again. These traps are taking the mice out. Despite the size it still captures them. Wash, reset and repeat. While I don’t enjoy the cleanup, I do enjoy the dwindling rodent problem. I will spare you pictures of the mice. These evil creatures look adorable, But also dead, and sometimes stinky. You will want to wash the traps after each use. So, I really recommend these and I’m so happy they’re working so well so far.

I use these in my slide out RV trailer once it's set up at our campsite. The best feature of these is the safe way to set them. After baiting the trap you only have to push down far enough on the top bail to engage the bottom bail. It really saves your fingers from being injured. The bait cup in the middle of the trigger plate I fill with peanut butter. Once the mouse steps on that trigger plate it is finished.
