I reside in Florida. Because the very first claim in the description area reads "Kills Dollarweed", I decided to take a shot. Unfortunately, my results as they relate to killing dollarweed fell completely short of my expectations. I did not select Vigoro over Scotts because it was less expensive. I selected Vigoro because Scotts Bonus S was unimpressive in a prior application and one never knows how a product will preform until utilized.
I rated it 2 stars because the fertilizer aspect of the product yielded some results making my lawn greener and thicker in appearance in places. However, I would not recommend this product for weed control for any type of weed, especially dollarweed and for crabgrass either for which it had zero effect on.

Does not kill weeds
I have purchased this product twice now and it does not kill weeds. I bought this because it was $5 a bag less than Scotts. The first time I used it, no weeds died. I thought maybe I did not put it down thick enough. One bag is supposed to cover 10,000 SF of yard area. I have about 12,000 SF. So this time I put down 2 1/2 bags, which should have covered 25,000 SF. I watered it in over night with my sprinkler system. I have waited over 3 weeks for results (supposed to be a time-released product) and nothing. One patch of weeds got a little yellow but did not die. The rest of the yard nothing. I have uploaded pics.
