Product Details

36in Plant Prop is designed to help stabilize plants and provide protection from wind and rain damage. The plant prop features a powder coating to help prevent rusting and corrosion for a longer lasting life. The green color finish blends in with its surroundings making it a discrete option. Quick and easy to install, simply push the plant prop into the ground while firmly holding the bottom portion of the stake and feed the plant stem into the opening at the top. Not recommended for use with top-heavy plants. For increased stability, drive stake further into the ground by firmly holding the plant stake at the bottom with one hand and gently pushing on the top with the other hand (see photos for example). Available in 18in., 24in, and 36in heights.

Great product. Easy to use. Keep in mind the direction of wind because it can blow to the plant or tree out of the top ring. Im using for a baby apple tree and it has worked great.

I bought this because I do not like the looks of tomato cages and had hoped these would work just as well. So far so good. My tomatoes are getting fairly tall so I might need to purchase the next size up but they work like a dream! Definitely would recommend them to anyone, I even recommended them in the store when I went to get more for my tomatoes and peppers.

They work great for pepper plants and better than plastic stakes because they last longer. I also use them for Christmas light fences. This year I plan on using these for a Christmas light fence around the front half of the yard so I'm going to need about 60 more. Sure they make posts specifically for that purpose but they're plastic and as cold as it is here in winter they snap lik twigs
