A: We are sorry that you are struggling with the snap. It does take some force to get them to snap together, but they will snap together.
A: Snap the top one first and the other is very easy to snap then. I bought 4 it took me doing the first one to figure this out. The other 3 went together very smoothly.
A: They do snap, just not easily. I believe I put one side against my picnic table and pushed. Good luck.
A: Once you get it figured out it's not that hard. We don't have any now. But, as I remember you have to line the male and female parts very accurately and then just press them together. It is more finesse than brute force. Once to mangle up the snaps, it is hopeless. Just start with a new one.
A: This particular saucer is 9 inches in diameter by 3 inches deep.
A: The width is 13.00 in.
A: 6.5" from the inside of the top of the hanger to the raised bumps on the bottom of the saucer. It will hold a pot that is 7" diameter at the bottom and 9" diameter at 3" up the side.
A: This is 3.75 inches high.
A: This is the only size available for a hanging plant holder.
A: Would be interested in larger sizes - to accommodate larger specimen ( the survivors!)
